Meetings
- Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month, quarterly or when so deemed by the Mayor.
- Three to five members, each serving two-year terms, more than one term permitted.
- Mayor
- At least 18 years of age
- No convictions of a felony or any crime involving moral turpitude
- Residence of Meadow Vale or tenant in Westport Plaza
- The Advisory Committee on Social Events will provide input into the kinds of social activities that would be of interest to citizens of the City.
- Members of the committee should be familiar with the Commonwealth’s policy with regard to the conduct of meetings which can also include casual gatherings held in anticipation of a regular or special meeting. Please see the Ethics page at this website regarding the document covering this issue.
